Purchase Policy:
To HOLD any
item, we require a 20% deposit, refundable as merchandise credit only.
There Will Be No Refunds on Items Held For Over
24 Hrs.
Layaway Policy:
20% Minimum Down Payment Required.
Refundable as store credit only.
Balance must be paid off within 30 days otherwise deposit is forfeited.
Return Policy:
Our guitars are guaranteed authentic. Any modifications are fully disclosed in detailed descriptions. This being said, All sales are final unless item is grossly misrepresented. If for any reason we accept a return, any returns must be authorized by Vintage Guitar Galaxy within 24 hours of delivery.
If a return is approved, Guitars returned within 48 hours
are refunded in full, MINUS Shipping charges, Insurance fees, Paypal fees, Wire fees, etc.
Any Guitars returned after 24-hours & within 2 weeks are subject to a 20%
re-stocking fee. For any guitars returned after 2 weeks no refund will be issued. No refunds on international sales, no exceptions.
Instrument must be returned in same condition as
shipped. Shipping and related expenses are non-refundable.
Buyer pays for express return shipping.
Item must be shipped back immediately upon return authorization.
Special Pick-Up:
Special Pick-Up through client preferred carrier is ok.
If
client arranges Pick-Up through a preferred carrier, client assumes
all insurance & claim liability in the rare event of catastrophic
failure. A $25 P/H fee appllies to
Pick-Up through client preferred carrier. The Galaxy assumes no
liabilty for Special Pick-Up arranged by client.
International Shipping:
International Customers please
note: Any additional fees including duties, VAT or any other charges related
to international shipping are the responsibility of the purchaser & are
non-refundable.
All Shipping is at the expense of the buyer.
When shipping instruments to us, if you are not
familiar with shipping requirements & procedures, call store for proper packing
instructions. No refunds on international sales.
Payment by Check, Money
Order, or Trade Items:
Please Send via Overnight service, otherwise
a Tracking Number is Required to HOLD
Items.
